What kind of wax do you use?

We use coconut wax in our candles. Coconut wax is a beautiful creamy white color, it creates a smooth surface and burns cooler which means a longer burn time for the candle. Coconut wax candles have an excellent scent throw and are clean burning, meaning they produce no harmful chemicals when lit. You don't often hear about coconut wax because it is one of the more expensive waxes but we believe it's worth it. 

Are your fragrance oils phthalate free?

Good news! Yes they are and even more they are all part of our fragrance oil suppliers Clean Scent line. If you'd like to learn more about that click here.

What is your shipping policy?

We will ship your order within 3-5 days usually much quicker! This is a small handmade business and we are typically a one women show. There are times when the candles get made to order. There is no machine doing any of this. Each batch is made with careful measurements and technique to ensure the quality is up to our standards. With that being said we absolutely strive to get your order to you as quickly as we possibly can! We know you're looking forward to it and we will deliver a great quality product.

How do I know if I will like the smell?

As a candle company that sells primarily online we completely understand that this is one of our biggest obstacles. We do our best to describe all of the notes in the fragrance profile but again we understand that it's still not easy to know for sure. We do have plans to create samples so if you wanted to try those before you commit to a full candle you can. We are definitely working on that so make sure to be on our email list.

What is your return policy?

At this time we do not accept returns. This would be more of a hassle on you then anything and we definitely don't want that! However, if you have any issues with your order please just reach out. Contact us.
