I'm a Mom to 2 of the most incredible, smart, & hilarious kids that love to make us laugh every day and I couldn't be more proud of that if I tried. Everything I do is for them.
My daughter is about to become a teenager... oh shit, right? And my son is about to be 7. We just moved into a new 4 bedroom home and I have an entire extra room to build this dream business in! Sorry Grandma! No more babies!
I some how got lucky with a husband who works so incredibly hard for his family which allows for me to be able to stay home. Some days I'm cooking, cleaning, or running the kids back and forth to school or cheer leading or parkour. Some days we are stuck dealing with the joys of Virtual School! But in between all that I run this business that I never in a million years thought I'd have.
My vision for Making More is to create products that bring joy & laughter into your life. I want you to be able to buy a gift for your friend and when she opens it you both get to laugh your asses off together bc it's so relatable to her life. I want people to see your candle sitting in your home, stop and say "What?" and share a laugh with you about it. I want our products to say the things that you think and say yourself.
Trust me I'm just getting started. You can expect to see us in local Michigan markets, in small shops, and of course you can follow along on social, order online, and we'll send your orders right to your front door. Right now you can order hand poured candles with funny, unique labels on them but in the plans are things like wax melts, wine labels, cards, stickers, key chains, notebooks, & to-do lists (I am the to do list queen!) I'm so excited for what's to come and I hope you love it all too since everything I make is with you in mind :)
